Job Discription :
The HR Executive will support Creative point day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, payroll support, and compliance. The role requires good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Manage employee onboarding & HR documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records & payroll support
Coordinate employee relations & engagement activities
Ensure HR policy compliance
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
1–2 years HR experience
Good communication & basic Excel knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
