We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR cum Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be handling HR operations, while also assisting with basic marketing support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Assist with performance evaluations and training programs.
Marketing:
- Support the marketing team with basic activities such as social media coordination, promotional campaigns, and branding support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR or combined HR & Marketing roles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
