HR cum marketing manager

About the Job role

This is a hybrid job in which 40% role shall be in HR and remaining in marketing

Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and performance metrics.

Marketing:

  • Handle all social media accounts and increase the reach
  • Develop content for social media, brochures, and website.
  • Assist sales team
  • Keep track of sales performance and customer inquiries

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
