Job Title: Human Resource cum Personal Assistant

Location: Thrissur, Kerala, India (In-house role)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource cum Personal Assistant to manage HR operations and provide executive support to Global Sales and Operations Head at our Thrissur office.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle global hiring across multiple countries, ensuring smooth coordination with remote candidates and compliance with local employment practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist with onboarding, induction, and training coordination for both in-house and remote employees.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Draft employment letters, maintain HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and executive assistance to Sales Head.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Draft and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communication professionally.
  • Coordinate with global team members and ensure smooth remote collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Experience in global hiring and comfort working with remote and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)and HR software tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
