Job Description:
Gulf Realty is looking for a professional and presentable HR cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist in basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Assist in recruitment (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and employee coordination
- Manage office supplies and admin tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
