Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles (MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, draftsmen, etc.).
- Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new employees, including site mobilization.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and timesheets.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and other PRO‑related activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and overtime data.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
2. Administration
- Oversee day‑to‑day office and site administrative operations.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of admin materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for staff.
- Maintain company documents, contracts, and project files.
- Support management in preparing letters, reports, and documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination for office maintenance, IT support, and services.
- Ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and admin records.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
3. Site & Project Support (MEP‑Specific)
- Coordinate manpower mobilization/demobilization for MEP project sites.
- Maintain logs for site staff, technicians, and subcontractor attendance.
- Support project managers with documentation, permits, and compliance paperwork.
- Assist in preparing site access passes, gate passes, and safety documentation.
- Liaise with safety officers for training records and certifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in MEP or construction.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced project environment.
- Experience coordinating with PROs and handling visa processes is a plus.
