Responsibilities

Analyze data obtained from HR processes (recruitment, performance, talent management, organizational development, etc.) to generate insights that strengthen decision-making mechanisms.

Provide analytical support for young talent programs, organizational development projects, and other HR initiatives.

Develop quality control standards to improve the accuracy and consistency of HR data.

Create regular dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Analyze data structures of HR systems (ATS, LMS, HRIS, etc.) and ensure process alignment.

Track performance indicators and prepare regular reports for the management team.

Collaborate with business units to analyze process requirements, review existing processes, and recommend improvements.

Contribute to fostering a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc.).

Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Experience in process and requirements analysis; possessing a business analyst mindset.

Detail-oriented, systematic, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is an advantage.

Knowledge of SQL or experience with database querying is a plus.
