Job Title: HR Data Entry & Site Coordinator

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Data Entry professional to support our HR department in managing employee records and site coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining employee information, and communicating effectively with workers and site teams across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update employee data in HR systems and Excel sheets

- Maintain accurate attendance records and worker profiles

- Coordinate with site supervisors to collect and verify employee information

- Follow up on missing or incomplete records

- Generate reports and assist HR team with daily administrative tasks

- Communicate clearly with workers and site staff when needed

Requirements:

- Strong experience in data entry and administrative work

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (formulas, filtering, reporting)

- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately

- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

- Comfortable working with construction site teams and environments

- Organized, fast, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

- Experience in construction or similar field

- Familiarity with ERP systems
