HR Digitalization Associate (Male)
Company & Location: PCMCI Group / DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Timings from 6pm to 3am, Monday to Friday
Age Requirement: 25 – 30 years
Gender: Male
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR specialization preferred).
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy HR Digitalization Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming traditional HR processes into efficient, technology-driven systems. This position requires hands-on experience in HR digital transformation, ERP systems (specifically ODOO), HR analytics, and international recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Digitalization & Process Automation
Lead initiatives to digitize HR workflows including employee records, onboarding, performance management, attendance, and payroll integration.
Implement and optimize ODOO ERP HR modules to improve HR operational efficiency.
Identify manual HR processes and develop digital solutions to streamline them.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of HR systems and databases.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with organizational data management policies.
2. ERP Management – ODOO
Manage and administer ODOO HR modules including employee management, recruitment, attendance, leave management, and payroll.
Customize HR workflows within ODOO to align with organizational HR policies.
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop advanced HR dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate, hiring cycle time, recruitment pipeline, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
Generate automated HR reports for management decision-making.
Analyze HR data trends and recommend improvements in HR strategies.
4. International Recruitment
Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes for overseas hiring.
Source candidates through global job portals, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and hiring procedures.
Handle visa processing coordination, work permit documentation, and relocation processes where applicable.
Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and company policies.
5. HR Systems & Data Management
Maintain and update digital employee databases.
Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee records.
Implement digital document management systems for HR records.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in ODOO ERP (HR modules).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, dashboards, and data visualization.
Experience in HR digital transformation and automation projects.
Knowledge of international recruitment procedures and global hiring practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage HR data and develop strategic HR reports.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR digitalization, HR systems management, or HR technology roles.
Proven experience working with ODOO ERP in HR operations.
Demonstrated experience in international recruitment and talent sourcing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
