HR Director

Join Our Team as Director of Human Resources at BonaDent

As a vital member of our leadership team, you’ll champion a people-first approach while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You’ll lead a dedicated HR team, support a diverse workforce of 350 employees across six locations, and foster a culture rooted in inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships across the organization to support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee relations.
• Oversee HR systems and processes including HRIS, benefits, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance and safety while cultivating a respectful, inclusive workplace.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including events, activities, and feedback programs.
• Mentor and manage a team of HR professionals, promoting collaboration and growth.
• Develop and refine policies that reflect our values and support our people.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in aligning HR strategy with financial and operational goals.
• Experience in multi-site, growth-oriented, or PE-backed environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and development.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

Salary Range: Starting at $135,000 plus bonus based on level of experience
