We are a growing healthcare startup seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the healthcare industry to help build and scale our people operations.

The ideal candidate brings excellent people skills, a deep understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics, and an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building systems, processes, and culture from the ground up.

Key Traits We’re Looking For:

• Healthcare HR experience (SNF, hospital, home health, or related settings preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to connect in person with new or existing clients

Compensation & Growth:

• Do not have direct HR experience in a SNF or post-acute healthcare
• Prefer highly rigid roles with limited ownership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
