HR - Employee Experience

We’re hiring an HR – Employee Experience professional to build, enhance, and champion a culture where people thrive. This is a high-impact, P0 role, ideal for someone who is passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute employee engagement and experience initiatives
• Own onboarding, employee lifecycle programs, and internal communications
• Act as a trusted partner for employees and leadership
• Drive performance management, feedback cycles, and culture-building efforts
• Support HR operations, policies, and compliance as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Employee Experience roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with engagement programs and HR processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Empathy-driven mindset with strong execution skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
