About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR – Employee Relations Intern to join our Human Resources team in Pune. In this role, you will assist in handling employee relations tasks, supporting conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations team to learn about grievance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in HR support, employee relations, or a related domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning HR systems. Jobed.ai
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and ER cases.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on HR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies is a plus.
