Job Title: HR – Employee Relations Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR – Employee Relations Intern to join our Human Resources team in Pune. In this role, you will assist in handling employee relations tasks, supporting conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations team to learn about grievance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. corporatestaffing.co.ke+1
  • Help document and maintain accurate records for employee relation cases and investigations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. corporatestaffing.co.ke+1
  • Support the preparation of employee relations communication materials (e.g., policy updates, ER announcements). Prosple+1

  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and perform data entry to ensure up-to-date ER logs. Prosple

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in HR support, employee relations, or a related domain.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning HR systems. Jobed.ai
  • Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and ER cases.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on HR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies is a plus.
