Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Entry Level professional to join our human resources team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in human capital management, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management, while developing a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and compliance standards. Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
  • Support employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage employee records within systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro.
  • Contribute to employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
  • Support benefits administration and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Participate in training & development programs and help coordinate employee training sessions.
  • Aid in compliance efforts related to employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
  • Assist with HR sourcing activities and social media management for employer branding initiatives.
  • Support project management tasks related to organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data collection, report generation, and document preparation related to HR functions.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on conflict management, employee relations issues, and strategic planning efforts.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of human resources management principles including FMLA, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, or Ceridian is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance standards including OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data collection techniques using tools like Salesforce or Oracle HCM.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation.
  • Adaptability to learn new HR software platforms such as Lever or Paylocity quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective conflict management and employee engagement initiatives. This entry-level position offers valuable exposure to core HR functions within a professional environment dedicated to fostering growth and development in human resources careers.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
