  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
  • Help resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
  • Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and HR analytics.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Post job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting interviews.
  • Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support conflict resolution and workplace harmony.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Training & Development
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions.
  • Track employee performance and recommend development plans.
  • Maintain records of employee learning and certifications.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Support payroll processing activities.
  • Assist with tax filings, insurance, and other statutory requirements.
  • Help employees with benefits-related queries.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers with feedback collection and reviews.
  • Track KPIs and employee productivity reports.
  • Compliance
