  • Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, including managing background checks and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, manage disciplinary actions, conduct exit interviews, and foster positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement review procedures (quarterly/annual), assess training needs, and coordinate development programs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits, manage payroll coordination, and design compensation packages.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR software (HRIS/ATS), and handle daily HR department operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
