- Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, including managing background checks and documentation.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, manage disciplinary actions, conduct exit interviews, and foster positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement review procedures (quarterly/annual), assess training needs, and coordinate development programs.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits, manage payroll coordination, and design compensation packages.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR software (HRIS/ATS), and handle daily HR department operations.
