Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates.
- Manage visa, labor, and immigration-related documentation where applicable.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent in English AND Arabic .
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
