Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities, IT recruitment - Web development, web designing and Graphic designing, BDE profile.
• Maintain employee records and manage attendance tracking.
• Address employee queries and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll and administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

• 1 + years of HR experience with IT only
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and tools.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
