At Palasa, we believe that our people are our greatest strength. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and helping build a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Assist in planning activities that build morale and strengthen workplace culture.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Performance & Development

• Assist in performance review processes.
• Support training and development initiatives for employee growth.

Policy & Compliance

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred, but freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
