job responsibilities of an HR Executive

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, attendance, overtime).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions when required.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and implementing new initiatives.
  • Handle exit processes including resignation acceptance, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain healthy workplace relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
