HR Executive

Human Resources

1. Recruitment & Staffing

o Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview

scheduling, and candidate communication.

2. Onboarding & Induction

o Support onboarding processes by handling documentation, induction programs, and

employee orientation.

3. Employee Records & Payroll Support

o Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

o Assist with payroll inputs and maintain relevant employee data.

4. HR Documentation & Compliance

o Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).

o Ensure HR compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

5. Employee Engagement & Training

o Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.

o Coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and maintain training records.

Administration

1. Office Supplies & Inventory

o Manage procurement and availability of office supplies, stationery, and inventory.

2. Facilities & Vendor Management

o Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services.

o Support in maintaining general office facilities and safety standards.

3. Travel & Logistics

o Organize travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and transport requirements for

employees and visitors.

4. Events & Meetings

o Assist in planning and coordinating company events, workshops, and meetings.

5. Correspondence & Documentation

o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, and documentation in an

organized manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
