HR Assistant Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintaining employee records and files.

· Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

· Scheduling interviews and meetings.

· Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management

· Handling basic HR queries from employees.

· Preparing reports and presentations.

· Providing general administrative support to the HR department.

· Managing employee relations and compliance.

· Induction & Joining Formalities and HR Documentation

· Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual KRA’s of the employees

· To look after administration function in absence of concerned person.

· Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other Employees.

· Be Flexible and able to work independently without being followed up.

· Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

· Good communications skills – Tamil,English,Kannada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
