a. PAN India Recruitment:
i. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across PAN India, in line with the company’s requirements.
ii. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs.
iii. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring timely recruitment and smooth hiring processes.
b. Interviews Process:
i. Organize and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person) for shortlisting candidates.
ii. Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations for final selection.
iii. Maintain a consistent and professional interview process to ensure the best candidate experience.
c. Onboarding of New Employees:
i. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to the company’s policies, culture, and team.
ii. Prepare and ensure completion of all documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
iii. Coordinate with various departments to set up workstations, IT systems, and other necessary resources for new employees.
d. Employee Grievance Management:
i. Act as the point of contact for addressing and resolving employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
ii. Promote a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
iii. Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary and track resolution outcomes.
e. Payroll and Salary Processing:
i. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
ii. Address and resolve any payroll-related queries from employees, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
iii. Maintain records of salary details, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other compensation-related matters.
f. Attendance and Leave Management:
i. Manage employee attendance, track leaves, and ensure accurate recording in the HRMS system.
ii. Ensure that PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory benefits are accurately managed and updated.
iii. Generate attendance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
iv. Generate Salary Slips for the Employees.
g. Termination and Exit Process Management:
i. Oversee the exit process for resigning or terminated employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
ii. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
iii. Ensure timely completion of all exit formalities, including return of company property, clearance, and settlement of dues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
