HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support HR operations. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for data management and reporting.

Requirement

• 1–2 years’ experience in HR operations
• Any Degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
• Good communication & organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & onboarding support
• Employee records & payroll assistance
• Data management & MIS reporting using Excel
• Support HR policies and compliance
