Job Requirements:
- Must have an experience in payroll, salary calculations & verifications, PF, ESIC.
- Must have experience in handling manpower related queries and redressal of grievances.
- Must have good communication skills for both written and verbal communication.
- Must have experience in planning and coordination for Human Resources processes.
- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word), ChatGPT/Perplexity.
- Ability to multi task and being be a self-starter are a must.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities are a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Following up with related stakeholders for all the hiring processes of new employees.
- On-Boarding & Orientation for New Joinees.
- Coordinating with management for ensuring that employees are sufficiently empowered enough to deliver their best.
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies of all employees.
- Counselling employees as and when required to help them deliver their best.
- Planning and designing employee benefits packages.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of HR department
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Handling Process Background Checks for all new hires
- Tracking of Attendance/Leaves, other compliances as and when needed.
- Assisting HR Executives in all their work.
Candidates with relevant HR experience of at least 2 years, and a science background [minimum B.Sc graduation, BE/B.Tech will be favoured], with an experience in laboratories or hospitals will be preferred.
