Position: HR Executive

Location: Byramji Town, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Office Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (Full time)

Experience Required: At least 6 Months

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

Mintree Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for HR Executive. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Aid in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in organizing and coordinating employee events, trainings, and workshops.
  • Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees by preparing materials and scheduling orientations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Help to conduct Employee Engagement Activities.

Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
