HR Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious HR professional who blends strong leadership with advanced tech skills. You’ll handle the full spectrum of HR operations while using AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini to make processes smarter and faster. This role suits someone serious about building a long-term career in HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to automate HR tasks, draft policies, and analyze data.
• Maintain accurate HR records and create professional documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Lead employee engagement, performance reviews, and career-development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience (generalist or executive level).
• Proficiency in AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini) and strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong drive for professional growth and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience implementing HR tech or HRIS systems.
• Creative mindset to streamline processes using emerging technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
