• Managing Redundancy.
• Managing Employee Grievances.
• Leave and Attendance Management
• Arranging get to gather, party, picnic, games etc….
• Compensation & Benefit management
• Ensuring Positive , motivational environment for better productivity
• Employees welfare, confirmation & relieving and exit interview formalities
• Employee records maintenance etc.....
