HR Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
  • Manage and organize HR-related documentation, both physical and electronic.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, performance evaluations, attendance, leave records (e.g., sick leave, casual leave, earned leave), and other relevant data.
  • Assist with data entry into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prepare and format HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage the HR department's email correspondence and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate HR events, meetings, and interviews.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media).
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial candidate communication.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Assist with background checks and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Support the new employee onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials, setting up workstations, coordinating IT access, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new employee inquiries during the onboarding phase.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in addressing basic employee grievances and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations (e.g., Factories Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Gratuity Act, etc., relevant to India), and company policies.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate compliance records and tracking tools.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Payroll & Benefits Administration Support:

  • Assist with collecting and verifying data for payroll processing (e.g., attendance, leave, overtime).
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, responding to basic inquiries.
  • Help with reconciliation and audits related to payroll and benefits documentation.

Learning & Development Support:

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Help with logistics for training events and maintaining training records.

Offboarding:

  • Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees, including preparing termination paperwork, coordinating exit interviews, and ensuring timely final settlements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
