  • Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and updated employee data, including personal, educational, and contact information.
  • Policy Development: Creating and implementing company policies to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Designing and overseeing performance appraisal systems.
  • Employee Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with employees and resolving conflicts.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills:
