Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
  
  

• Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
  
  

• Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
  
  

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
  
  

• Documentation and conducting reference checks
  
  

• Negotiating and sharing offer letters
  
  

• Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees
  
  

• Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive.
