HR Executive

About Us:
Wellness Extract is a fast-growing health and wellness brand committed to delivering high-quality natural supplements and lifestyle solutions. We’re looking for a passionate HR Executive to join our team and play a key role in building a strong and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Support HR operations including employee engagement, documentation, and compliance
• Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and performance management processes

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
