Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
  • Manage employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Coordinate for performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
  • Understanding of HR policies and labor laws (preferred).

Qualification:

  • MBA / BBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
