HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented HR Executive who possesses strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for people management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, providing placement support, and counselling students to help them align with suitable career paths in the creative and media sectors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee and student placement records systematically.
• Coordinate with organizations for placement opportunities and internship tie-ups.
• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere within the institute.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, attendance, and performance tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• We welcome candidates with up to one year of experience, and enthusiastic freshers eager to begin their HR journey are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of HRM principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools/software.
