Job Summary:

DERIK GROUP PVT LTD is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) for our Automobile Unit in Kanyakumari District. The candidate must have strong HR knowledge with a passion to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
• Prepare HR reports and update HR trackers.
• Ensure HR policies & procedures are followed at the unit.
• Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.) under guidance.
• Coordinate with all departments for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of HR fundamentals.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Willingness to take responsibility and learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
