We are looking for a responsible and multi-tasking Admin & Accounts Executive who can handle daily office operations, basic accounting tasks, invoice generation, HR support, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Administrative WorkManage day-to-day office operations.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Organize files, documents, and reports.
2. Accounting & FinanceGenerate invoices and maintain billing records.Assist in bookkeeping and daily accounting entries.Handle vendor payments, petty cash, and expense monitoring.Coordinate with accountant for monthly reports.
3. HR & Employee ManagementAssist in employee onboarding/offboarding.Maintain attendance and leave records.Support recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews).Address employee concerns and coordinate resolutions.Help with payroll inputs and documentation.
4. Communication & CoordinationSend official emails, notices, and follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams and management.Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers.
Required Skills-
Strong communication (Email & verbal)
.Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.Basic accounting knowledge (invoices, entries).
Good organizational and time-management skills
.Ability to multitask and handle office issues smoothly.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Admin/Accounts/HR roles (freshers can also apply if skilled)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
