Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage pre-joining documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll inputs.
- Prepare employee letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, transfers, etc.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, NAPS/NATS (if applicable).
- Maintain all HR documentation and ensure audit readiness.
5. Performance Management
- Support in goal-setting, appraisal documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with managers for performance evaluations.
6. Exit Formalities
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth documentation.
- Assist in final settlement process and clearance formalities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HR related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations.
Foreign Travel
- Assist manager with visa application paperwork and appointments.
- Manage currency exchange and business letters for foreign visits.
- Prepare travel documents and itineraries.
- Ensure timely renewal of foreign travel insurance.
- Track and reconcile foreign expenditure vouchers & filling the necessary documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
