Job Description

  • Recruitment & staffing management
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
  • Managing onboarding and induction
  • Handling employee relations and grievance resolution
  • Managing HR operations and employee records
  • Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
  • Supporting performance management processes
  • Coordinating training and development programs
  • Preparing HR reports and documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws
  • Supporting employee engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
