  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate written tests, telephonic screenings, and interview rounds.
  • Support the joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee file creation.
  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers may apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Ability to work with confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
