- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate written tests, telephonic screenings, and interview rounds.
- Support the joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee file creation.
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Ability to work with confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
