Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
- Managing internship programs.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
- Processing company payroll
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Must have knowledge IT recruiting
