Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
  • Managing internship programs.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
  • Processing company payroll

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Must have knowledge IT recruiting
