  • Recruitment and onboarding: Identifying and filling vacant positions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing the onboarding process.
  • Employee relations: Addressing employee grievances, managing conflicts, handling disciplinary actions, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Performance and development: Assisting with performance appraisals, developing and delivering training programs, and monitoring employee attendance and turnover.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administering benefits programs, managing salary structures, and handling matters related to provident fund (PF), ESIC, and health insurance.
  • HR operations: Overseeing daily HR operations, maintaining HR records, coordinating payroll, and ensuring statutory and legal compliance.
  • Policy and compliance: Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are followed.
