Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection).
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Draft and manage HR letters and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback surveys.
- Address employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply (internship experience in HR will be an added advantage).
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is a plus.
