The HR Executive will be responsible for managing key HR operations including payroll processing, end-of-service (EOS) settlements, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures timely and accurate salary processing, compliance with labor laws, and smooth handling of employee separation formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete payroll process—including attendance verification, overtime calculation, and salary disbursement.
- Handle End of Service (EOS) calculations, gratuity, final settlements, and exit formalities in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
- Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare monthly HR reports such as payroll summaries, leave balances, and EOS status.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers and related reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information.
- Assist in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation as required.
- Support audits and provide HR-related data when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, payroll procedures, and EOS settlement calculations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR software (ERP experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
