JOB OPENING: HR Executive cum Accounts Assistant (Female)

Full-Time Position
We are looking for a female HR Executive cum Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, support accounts, and coordinate closely with our PRO for all government-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, HR files, and WPS payroll
- Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR support
- Coordinate with PRO for all visa, labour, immigration, and license-related processes
- Handle insurance applications, renewals, and compliance requirements
Accounts Functions:
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare petty cash, expense reports & basic reconciliations
- Maintain accounts, filing, and documentation
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Experience in HR + basic accounts
- Ability to coordinate with PRO for government transactions
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication & multitasking skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
