JOB OPENING: HR Executive cum Accounts Assistant (Female)

Location: UAE
Full-Time Position

We are looking for a female HR Executive cum Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, support accounts, and coordinate closely with our PRO for all government-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, HR files, and WPS payroll
  • Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR support
  • Coordinate with PRO for all visa, labour, immigration, and license-related processes
  • Handle insurance applications, renewals, and compliance requirements

Accounts Functions:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare petty cash, expense reports & basic reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts, filing, and documentation

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Experience in HR + basic accounts
  • Ability to coordinate with PRO for government transactions
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication & multitasking skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
