Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the recruitment process from start to finish, acting as the primary recruiter for an assigned vacancy including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting screening calls, presenting shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers, scheduling first interviews and assessments, observing final shortlisting, scheduling final interviews and placing job offers.
  • Collaborate with Line Manager and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the hiring process, including reference checks, recruitment summaries, interview & offer emails and appointment letters.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate the Onboarding of new employees, scheduling Orientation Sessions, facilitating introductions to teams and ensuring all relevant documents and resources are collected, processed and assigned for a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Execute attendance and leave management, ensuring accurate data recording in the HR.(S, assisting employees with leave-related queries and timely reporting for payroll.
  • Maintain up to date employee information, ensuring physical files are updated all documents are available on the HRIS.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including pulse surveys, company events and new initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the annual increment and promotion process, supporting performance appraisals and salary discussions.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy in the HRIS and contribute to the preparation of HR reports.
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of employer branding initiatives, contributing to the company's online presence.
  • Collaborate with Accounts & Finance in managing benefits and updates to compensation & benefits packages.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and functions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and supporting employee relations initiatives and cross-functional communication.
  • Any other task assigned by HR Lead
