Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Manage onboarding activities: documentation, induction, and system access setup.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate exit procedures: resignation processing, clearance, exit interviews, and final documentation.
  • Support HR operations and assist with routine HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
