Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Manage onboarding activities: documentation, induction, and system access setup.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate exit procedures: resignation processing, clearance, exit interviews, and final documentation.
- Support HR operations and assist with routine HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
