We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, ensure employee satisfaction, and maintain smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Handle employee relations, respond to queries, and support conflict resolution.
  • Assist with payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
