We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, ensure employee satisfaction, and maintain smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Handle employee relations, respond to queries, and support conflict resolution.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organize training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
