- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on boarding).
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or Recruitment role.
- Good knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
