Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and strategic HR Executive to serve as a key partner to our high-energy Sales and Technical departments. This role is central to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent by implementing effective HR strategies that align with our ambitious business goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a call center, software house, or digital agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
  • Onboarding: Develop and manage a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact, providing guidance, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review cycle, guide managers, and assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and local labor laws. Maintain confidential employee records and manage payroll inputs.
  • HR Analytics: Generate reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, and engagement. Provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Sector Preference: Experience in a call center, software house, IT company, or digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment legislation.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.

Job Details:

  • Timings: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: On-site at our Lahore office. Remote work is not available for this role.
