Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (Telephonic), and coordinate final interviews.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Taking care of Pay roll Process.
- Issue offers letters and follows up for new joinee.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Employee engagement ideas.
- Preparation of full and final settlement.
- Preparing of New joinee Visiting card laptop and other requirement (If necessary).
- Manage the Onboarding process and relieving formalities.
- Employee insurance handling.
- Monthly expenses checking.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
- Energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
